For lovers of Star Wars I couldn't recommend this book enough, it truly is a must read. It follows the life of Darth Plagueis, the Sith Master behind Darth Sidious (Emperor Palpatine). Its starts with Darth Plagueis being apprentice to his master, Darth Tenebrous, and covers the events that lead up to and including that of The Phantom Menace. It covers events such as the introduction of Palpatine and Darth Maul, the inception of the clone army and Jedi Master Dooku leaving the Jedi Order. As well as many more and giving greater detail into the Sith, than is covered in the movies.
